We offer a variety of classes with the best instructors!  We are adding new classes to our timetable all the time, so check back often to see what’s on offer.

Booking is essential for all classes.  You may book 7 days in advance for all classes. Non members may book and pay in advance for any classes.

All of our fantastic classes and instructors are FREE and INCLUDED with your Active Life Premium Membership. Pay as you go options are available, but if you're not a member yet we would highly recommend that you join up soon as priority booking will be given to members for these great classes.

Active Life Circuit
A combination of cardiovascular and resistance exercises in a circuit based routine, interspersed with some simple group aerobics. The circuit can easily be adapted to suit any fitness level or ability. A great class for general fitness, ideal for the over 50's, beginners or those wanting an enjoyable low impact work out.  Refreshments available afterwards.

Kettlercise

Pilates

TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING
T.B.C. - Total Body Conditioning - is a thoughtfully tailored circuit class that blends strength exercises with bouts of high intensity interval training. This class format is the surest, most effective, and efficient way to achieve the results that most people desire from their gym sessions.  You will receive plenty of coaching on correct technique and lots of positive encouragement throughout the class, giving you the best chance to succeed and reach your goals.    If you follow a balanced exercise and nutrition programme, this class will help you improve your overall fitness, scoring a leaner, stronger, and more energised body. H.I.I.T.
High Intensity Interval Training
‘Simple & Sinister’, this workout is quick & highly effective. HIIT offers a tremendous boost in human growth hormone resulting in the preservation and building of lean muscle and the burning of more calories during and up to 24 hours after session. This class will work the body the way it was designed to function. The 30 minute session can be used as a stand alone session or a great finisher to a strength or cardio session.

BODYBALANCE
Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE™* is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life.  During BODYBALANCE™ an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. X-Biking
An X-Biking Indoor Mountain Bike Experience class on the X-Bike is as fun as riding outdoors and it will get you fit - very quickly.
